Return Policy

All items prior to packaging and shipping have been throughly inspected for defects and damages.

 Jewelry Return:

To ensure the integrity of the items purchased by our customers. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE.

Only items found to be defective will be accepted for return.

Sizing of jewelry items is not considered defective. No Exceptions.

Glasses and/or Frames Return & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns on glasses or frames unless the items have been found to be defective.

NOTE: IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER THE 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD.
